Accommodations
All lodging reservations will be coordinated through Visit Lubbock, the Convention and Visitors Bureau. A sufficient number of rooms have been set aside for attendees of the ICAC 69th Plenary Meeting at the selected hotels. Attached you will find the designated hotels for the 69th Plenary Meetings.

The hotel rooms will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis. To ensure that you receive the conference rate please return your lodging request prior to the cut-off date of August 29, 2010.
